Pain Management

Because their life is precious.

Veterinary Physical Rehabilitation

When your pet has a condition that prevents them from enjoying normal activity, they are not able to live their best life. Veterinary physical rehabilitation can help pets with various debilitating conditions, from muscle injuries and neurological diseases, to chronic or post-surgical pain, get back on their paws. While physical rehabilitation is often only available at large specialty facilities, we have incorporated it into our hospital because we believe that every pet should have access to the best.

Our certified canine rehabilitation veterinarian will assess your pet’s condition and customize a rehabilitation plan just for them.

Hydrotherapy Laser therapy is a component of physical rehabilitation that uses the power of light rays to aid in wound healing, pain management, and nerve regeneration. Our state-of-the-art veterinary K-Laser can be used to improve healing in pets with surgical incisions, wounds, arthritis, and nerve conditions. Underwater treadmill therapy can help pets who are recovering from surgery, sports injuries, and neurologic problems walk easier. The water’s buoyancy provides support, and allows pets with mobility restrictions to more fully participate in their recovery. Progress occurs more rapidly, and your pet is able to return to their normal activities as soon as possible.

Our underwater treadmill is also used to help pets in our weight loss program. As part of “fat camp,” our certified technicians will devise a comprehensive plan for your pet that includes nutrition counseling, dietary consultation, and safe exercise options.
